Technology

Being pioneers in Gynecologic Laparoscopy, today we are proud of our Laparoscopy Endosuite tower with high definition images and intelligent arm units. 

The best technology for treating varicose veins is the Closure radiofrequency equipment, which is performed on an outpatient basis and through Doppler. 

For hemorrhoids, we currently have state of the art technology such as the THD Transanal hemorrhoidal dearterialization offering the best and immediate recovery. 

At the Institute for Maternal-fetal Medicine (specializing in high risk pregnancies) we have highly specialized studies which allow for prompt diagnosis throughout the pregnancy. Currently we have the only Voluson E8 BT12 ultrasound equipment in Latin-American, for 4D high definition ultrasounds. 

The IECH Fertility Center is pioneer for assisted reproductive technology in Mexico, today we have advanced techniques and equipment for in vitro fertilization without medicine, through in vitro maturation.
